Payroll
The following tax changes are included for 2024.
IL, MA, ND and MD Local (Anne Arundel & Frederick)
PR Processing
Prepare Payroll > Prior Payroll Register
Added Site/ Department totals to the prior payroll register.
Retirement Report >
Nationwide Retirement Format - Added 3 new columns to the file format:
After- Tax, Hours Worked and Total Pay.
Standard Retirement CSV Format - Format dates – yyyyMMdd, ineligible employees will have a code 1 if they are not eligible for retirement and eligible employees will have a 0.

Supplement # 425 > ACA 1094 – 1095 efile
Annual > 1094/1095 > Create 1094C/1095C efile
The ACA efile has been updated to include the 2023 SoftwareID. You can now create and submit the ACA efile to AIR (ACA Information Returns System).
Accounts Payable Supplements >
Supplement # 421 PO Import
New – If your agency is currently using the PO Import supplement, you need to use a new PO Import Template located in the C:\GMSACTG.net folder to import Purchase Orders. The PO Import template is titled POImport.csv for CSV format and POImportExcel for Excel format.
Annual > 1094/1095 > Create 1094C/1095C efile
