The Employee Profile enables printing certain information about employees.
Include Employee: Enter the beginning and ending employee numbers/names for the list to print.
Employee Status: Select either Active, Terminated, or Both to be included on the list.
Sort By: Select to sort the list by Employee Code or Alphabetically by Last Name, Department, Site or Class Code.
Include All Classes: Click on “Yes” to print all classes of employees or “No” to choose the classes to be printed.
Include Direct Deposit: Select this box to include the direct deposit information on the employee profile.
Include SS#: Select this box to include the Social Security number. A box will appear to only show the last 4 digits of the SSN#.
Include Optional Questions: Select this box to include the optional questions. They will print after deductions, so depending on how many deductions each employee has, it may continue to a second page.
Include Date of Birth: Select this box to include the employee's date of birth on the report.
