Before Payroll Database Backup
Function
To make a copy of the database immediately prior to payroll processing in order to have a “restore point” should it become necessary.
Things You Should Know
Note: This is for Microsoft Access versions of the software only.
This selection will automatically create a backup of the database.
Operating Instructions
For Access Databases:
Click on Before Payroll Database Backup and once the backup is complete you will receive a message stating the backup has been saved.
