#364 Quarterly Financials
Function
Quarterly Financials report quarter to date revenues and expenditures. Reports produced are virtually identical to normal month end revenue and expenditure reports including columns for budget, prior year, quarter, year to date, project total and a comparison of actual to budget. The only difference is that quarterly amounts are substituted for current month amounts.
Reports may be printed at either the project or element level. You may select specific elements or projects, or don’t select any from the list box and you will receive all.

Things You Should Know
- You can only print quarterly financials for periods of time that fall within your current fiscal year.
- The amounts for cost allocation will be pulled from a previous month’s cost allocation table. If the end date does not exist in the prior table, it will use the current cost allocation table.
- For the months the report will be generated for, the Month End button on the Financial Reporting menu must have been clicked after all monthly processing is completed. As an example, if the report will be for October-December, December must be closed and the Month End button clicked. The current period will be January but for Quarterly Financials, the information will include December.
