#304 Timesheet Labels
Function
This supplement allows you to print timesheet labels to be affixed to timesheets each pay period to insure that proper employee numbers are stated on the timesheets. The labels include employee number, name, pay period ending date, site code and department code.
Things You Should Know
Operating Instructions
Pay Period: Enter the pay period you want printed on the labels.
All Employees: If this box is checked, it will print labels for all active employees. If you wish to print a range of employee codes, uncheck this box and enter the range.
All Department: If this box is checked, it will print labels for all department codes. If you wish to print a range of department codes, uncheck this box and enter the range.
All Site Codes: If this box is checked, it will print labels for all site codes. If you wish to print a range of site codes, uncheck this box and enter the range.
All Classes: If this box is checked, it will print labels for all classes. If you wish to print selected classes, uncheck this box and select the classes you wish to include.
Sort by: Choose the order you wish to have the labels print. The choices are alpha, employee number, department code or site code.
Print: Prepares the report and displays the information on the screen. At this point you have the option of selecting to print or export.

- The timesheet labels will print on 1" x 2 5/8" laser labels.
